I started taking Brain Assist after a serious concussion. I've been taking it for 9 months now and it has really helped! I only wish there were more per bottle- as I am on a monthly renewal order but with recommended dose of 5 capsules per day I always run out or need to ration fewer per day near the end of the month, taking only 4 than 3 per day waiting for my auto order. Can't afford and don't need them coming every 2 weeks- so ideally there would be 120 or 150 capsules per bottle to last the 30 days & save on shipping! Also if they weren't football shaped they wouldn't roll away so easy lol
